Write to rumi.calles@gmail.com if you need a reply, want a copy of your data, or want your account deleted. For account requests, use the email you signed in with if you can. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or sign-in tokens.
Bugs and ideas
The feedback page is the quickest place to report a bug or suggest something new. A short note about what you expected and what happened is enough. Screenshots help too, just remove any private account details first.
Billing
You can change or cancel a subscription through Manage billing in your account. Stripe handles card details, so please do not put them in an email or feedback report. There is no phone support line or public office. Email and the feedback form are the public ways to get in touch.
